Official Rules and Regulations

Entrants 
ELIGIBILITY: The Sackville Snow Days Colouring Contest hereby will be referred to as “The Contest”. The Contest is open to residents of Nova Scotia, aged 18 or older at the time of The Contest. Entrants of The Contest under the age of 18 can enter The Contest only if they receive parental permission. Entrants cannot be employees or board members of the SBA.  

By entering The Contest, all entrants are accepting of the terms and conditions, and acknowledge that they will respect the rules and regulations, otherwise facing disqualification from the event. Contest rules and regulations are subject to change without notice.

The Contest submissions can be submitted January 21, 2025, at 9 a.m. until February 16, 2025, at 4 p.m. Atlantic Time.

Terms and Conditions 
1. TO ENTER: Contest entrants must submit the colouring contest in the drop-off box outside the HUB International (1 Pinehill Dr Suite 2, Lower Sackville) or the ballot box at Sackville Public Library (636 Sackville Drive) between January 21, 2025, at 9 a.m. until February 16, 2025, at 4 p.m. Atlantic Time. The submitted colouring contest must provide their email address and phone number to contact them for the sole purpose of the contest.

2. PRIZING: Two winners will be chosen and contacted by HUB International staff from each age group: 5 and under, 6-9, and 10+ from valid colouring contest submissions collected during The Contest deadlines. See the Snow Days webpage for prizes as they are announced. The awarded prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable into cash. If the prize is not claimed within seven (7) days, another entrant will be randomly selected from the remaining submissions.

Any disputes relating to The Contest will be resolved by the SBA, in its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions shall prevail, and all decisions will be final.
