Official Rules and Regulations

Entrants
ELIGIBILITY: The Sackville Snow Nights Signature Drink Prize Draw hereby will be referred to as “The Contest.” The Contest is open to residents of Nova Scotia who are 19 years of age or older at the time of The Contest. All entrants must have valid government-issued photo identification available upon request. Entrants cannot be employees or board members of the Sackville Business Association (SBA).

By entering The Contest, all entrants are accepting of the terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will respect the rules and regulations, otherwise facing disqualification from The Contest. Contest rules and regulations are subject to change without notice.

The Contest submissions begin on February 13, 2026, at the start of participating Snow Nights events and close at the end of the final Snow Nights event on February 15, 2026, Atlantic Time.
 

Terms and Conditions

1. TO ENTER: Patrons who purchase a featured Sackville Snow Nights signature drink from participating businesses during Snow Nights events will receive one (1) ballot per signature drink purchased. Participating businesses will also offer a non-alcoholic Snow Nights signature drink, which is equally eligible for ballot entry. To enter, entrants must fully complete the ballot with their name and contact information and place it in the designated ballot box at the participating business during the event. Ballot information will be collected for the sole purpose of administering The Contest.
2. PRIZING: One (1) winner will be chosen at random by an SBA representative from all valid ballots collected during The Contest period. The prize consists of a prize pack valued at approximately $500, inclusive of gift cards to participating Sackville Snow Nights businesses. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable into cash. If the prize is not claimed within seven (7) days of the winner being contacted, another entrant will be randomly selected from the remaining valid ballots.

Any and all disputes relating to The Contest will be resolved by the Sackville Business Association, in its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions shall prevail, and all decisions will be final.
