Driven by a genuine interest in their business or organization, he is passionate about finding the right solutions to achieve their goals. He is known for his keen ability to work with the bottom line in mind and ensures that client needs are met in a quality yet practical way.

Wayne is the author of two published business books and has written numerous articles for business and management publications in Canada, the United States and Europe.
