Snow Days Festival

The Sackville Snow Days is our annual winter festival that runs during the February long weekend. Led by the Sackville Business Association, countless community groups, organizations, businesses and volunteers come together to create a weekend filled with winter fun.

Snow Days Colouring Contest
January 16 – February 14

Show off your artistic ability and be entered to win a $25 Cineplex gift card! Two gift cards will be awarded for each age group: age 5 and under, 5-10, and 10+. Colouring sheets can be printed HERE or picked up at the Sackville Public Library starting January 16th. Completed sheets must be submitted no later than 4pm on February 14th to be eligible for entry. Drop off locations: AA Munro Insurance, 209 Cobequid Road or Sackville Public Library, 636 Sackville Drive.

The Sackville Snow Days Snowman Contest is now open! You could win one of the following three awesome prizes: 1st place $150 Boston Pizza gift certificate, 2nd place $100 St. Louis Gift Certificate, or 3rd place Cineplex gift pack! Submit your entry HERE. Submissions close on January 31st.

3 km round trip. Guided walk along the new Sackville Greenway Trail. David Waught, Director of the Sackville Rivers Association will talk about restoration of fish habitat, trail development and education opportunities. Parking is available at the south end of the parking lot, near gas bar.

Road Closure: Please note that Sackville Drive, between Sackville Cross Road and 222 Sackville Drive, will be closed just before 2 pm for approximately one hour. Traffic should expect delays/plan alternate routes.
