19th Annual Sackville Christmas Tree Lighting
The 19th Annual Sackville Christmas Tree Lighting is happening on Saturday, November 28, 2026, from 6–7 p.m. at Acadia Park (650 Sackville Drive). Join us to kick off the holiday season with local entertainment, warm hot chocolate, treats, a visit from Santa, and the magical lighting of the Christmas tree. A big thank-you to our sponsors, volunteers, performers, and community partners who make this beloved tradition possible.

Mini Holly Jolly Celebration
Songs & stories inside the Sackville Public Library. Early bedtime? No problem. Sackville Public Library presents The Mini Holly Jolly—a festive celebration made just for littles (and their grown-ups!). Space is limited.
5:30–6:00 p.m.
The Holly Jolly Celebration
Songs & stories inside the Sackville Public Library. Planning to attend the Sackville Holiday Tree Lighting in Acadia Park? Join Sackville Public Library beforehand to kick off your evening and get into the festive spirit. Space is limited.
6:00–7:00 p.m.
Sackville Christmas Tree Lighting
Enjoy free treats, including hot chocolate provided by Acadia Recreation Club and hot dogs from the Sackville Kinsmen, while supplies last. Plus, enjoy live music featuring the Josh Lake Band, a visit from Santa, and the lighting of the Christmas tree!

The 25 trees wrapped in white lights surrounding Acadia Park are proudly sponsored by local Sackville businesses and organizations as part of Light Up the Park. The display, along with the main Christmas tree, will remain lit nightly from 5–10 p.m. until December 31, 2026—perfect for a festive evening stroll or a holiday photoshoot!
