Fair Voting Policy
The SBA is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent voting process.

Businesses, employees, supporters, and members of the public may encourage others to vote; however, businesses are strictly prohibited from offering incentives, rewards, compensation, discounts, gifts, contests, or any other benefit in exchange for votes.

Any business found to be attempting to manipulate the voting process, including purchasing votes, providing incentives for votes, submitting fraudulent votes, or engaging in other unfair voting practices, may be disqualified from the contest at the sole discretion of the SBA.

Voting Integrity & Disqualification
The SBA will take reasonable measures to monitor the voting process and protect the integrity of the awards. However, no online voting system can be guaranteed to be completely free from fraudulent or unfair activity.

The SBA reserves the right to investigate voting activity, remove questionable votes, disqualify finalists, and make any decisions necessary to ensure a fair contest.

All decisions made by the SBA regarding voting eligibility, vote validity, prize draw eligibility, and contest administration are final.

If a participant provides consent, they voluntarily provide personal information, including but not limited to their name and email address, and grant the SBA permission to use this information to contact them regarding Sackville events, contests, and promotions.

Consent to receive emails is not required to participate in voting or the voter prize draw.
